Working alongside our elite service technicians, you will gain deep, hands-on exposure to high-level residential service procedures, diagnostics, and client care. Daily duties include:
Assisting with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and system troubleshooting.
Resolving issues with residential water, drain, and gas piping networks.
Replacing and updating residential plumbing fixtures and components.
Mastering advanced diagnostic techniques under the guidance of senior technicians.
Delivering top-tier customer service and explaining solutions clearly to homeowners.
Managing accurate job documentation, work orders, and digital invoices.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly professional work environment.
To join our team in this development role, candidates must have:
Licensing: An active and valid Texas Tradesman Plumbing License.
Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance.
Background: Ability to pass a standard background check.
